Welcome to Bear’s Dozen Bakery! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We keep it simple, but please read carefully so we’re on the same page (and the same recipe).

Business Information

Bear’s Dozen Bakery is a licensed cottage bakery located in Garland, Texas. All baked goods are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Texas Department of State Health Services.

Orders & Payments

  • Orders may be placed through our website order form. Phone orders may be accepted at our discretion.

  • Payment is required at the time of order. We currently accept:

    • Online orders: Stripe (credit/debit card)

    • Phone orders: Zelle or Venmo (instructions provided when ordering)

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Pricing & Delivery Fees

  • Prices for cookies and baked goods are listed on our website and may change without notice.

  • Delivery fees are based on distance from Garland, Texas:

  • Pickup is available at no additional charge.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • All sales are final unless the bakery makes an error with your order.

  • Cancellations may be considered if requested at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery. Refund or credit options may vary and are at the discretion of Bear’s Dozen Bakery.

  • Refunds will not be provided for last-minute cancellations, missed pickups, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Allergen Disclaimer

All items are nut-free and baked with care. However, our products contain common ingredients such as wheat, dairy, and eggs.
Bear’s Dozen Bakery is not responsible for allergic reactions, food sensitivities, or misuse of baked goods once delivered.

Liability

  • Once an order is delivered or picked up, Bear’s Dozen Bakery is not liable for damage, spoilage, or improper storage.

  • We do not use third-party delivery services; all deliveries are made directly by Bear’s Dozen Bakery.

Intellectual Property

All website content, images, recipes, branding, and the Bear’s Dozen story are the intellectual property of Bear’s Dozen Bakery. They may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.

Changes to These Terms
